2. Distribution Model & Commission Transparency

In accordance with SEBI guidelines, we distribute only Regular Plans of mutual funds. We receive commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for our distribution and advisory-support services. The commission rate varies across categories (Equity, Hybrid, Debt) and generally ranges between 0.10% to 1.50% per annum of the Assets Under Management (AUM) accumulated through our distributor code.

A detailed scheme-wise commission structure is transparently shared with our clients upon request, or prior to any investment transaction. In compliance with SEBI's Opt-Out circulars, no transaction charges are directly levied on our clients; we earn solely through trailing commissions paid by AMCs.

3. Risks Disclosure

Scheme performances in the past do not guarantee future yields or distributions. Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual fund units may go up or down based on factors affecting financial markets, including interest rate movements, credit events, equity valuations, and foreign exchange rates.

4. SEBI Advisory Restriction

We do not offer SEBI-registered Investment Advisory (RIA) services. All transactions on our portals are execution-only distributions. Clients are advised to exercise their own discretion or consult a registered investment advisor before committing large capital to mutual funds.
